We are looking for a Junior Engineer to assist in the execution of interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will support site activities, coordinate with vendors and contractors, and ensure that all works are completed within timelines and quality standards. This role requires a hands-on approach, attention to
detail, and the ability to work effectively under the guidance of senior engineers.
Key Responsibilities
● Assist in planning and execution of fit-out works, including partitions, flooring, painting, false ceilings, etc.
● Supervise daily site activities and prepare progress reports.
● Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
● Conduct quality checks and ensure adherence to safety and site standards.
● Support senior engineers in resolving on-site technical issues and challenges.
Qualifications
● Education: Diploma / B.Tech in Civil, Interior, or Mechanical Engineering
● Professional Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD preferred
Specific Skills
● Basic understanding of fit-out works and site execution
● Ability to read technical drawings and take accurate measurements
● Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
● Strong teamwork and site supervision capabilities
